Hi, I'm Collyn.

I'm an urban planner and researcher working on implementing material and meaningful work that helps us adapt our urban infrastructures to a changing climate and rapidly emerging technologies. My work and analyses are justice-driven, utilizing data, urban design and practice rooted in community to create more connected and transformative urban spaces. I received my Masters of City Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. At MIT, I served as a research assistant with the Coastal Resilience Research Group, conducting field work on community resilience to climate relocation. I recently served as a GIS researcher at First Street Foundation, modelling and communicating flood impacts to communities. Prior, I was a Harvard Kennedy School Public Policy Fellow with the City of Boston, working alongside City Councillor Michelle Wu on affordable housing, transit access, and climate resilience policies in East Boston.
