As a consultant, I worked with Nelson\Nygaard to deliver the City of Somerville's Curb Use and Parking Study. This work involved data collection and analysis, mapping, public facilitation, and report writing. The goals of the study were to assess current parking and curb lane uses for residential and commercial areas and to provide policy recommendations that would improve use of the curb, multimodal safety, commercial loading, and support mobility and access for people and businesses. As part of this work, I helped developed a responsiveness model to represent how residents may respond to policy changes. More can be found on the City of Somerville's website.
